Professional Installation & Rigging

Certified marine technicians for outboard, inboard, generator, and transmission installation across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and beyond. We handle everything from engine mounting to full control rigging and sea trials.

Why professional installation matters: Incorrect installation is the leading cause of premature engine failure, warranty voidance, and insurance claim denial. Our technicians are factory-trained and follow manufacturer specifications for every bolt, cable, and hose. We provide a signed installation certificate for warranty and insurance purposes.

🎯 Rigging & Controls

Mechanical Cable Controls

Traditional push-pull cable systems for tiller and remote control setups. We measure, cut, and terminate cables to exact length for smooth, low-effort operation. Standard on outboards up to 150 HP and inboards with single helm stations.

Hydraulic Steering & Controls

Low-effort hydraulic steering for outboards and inboards. We install helm pumps, cylinders, hoses, and reservoirs with proper bleeding and pressure testing. Ideal for vessels over 25 feet or any boat requiring fingertip steering.

Electronic Controls (CANbus / NMEA 2000)

Digital throttle, shift, and joystick systems from ZF, Mercury, Yamaha, and Volvo Penta. We integrate with your existing MFD, autopilot, and GPS for single-lever, station-transfer, and trolling mode operation.

Instrumentation & Gauges

Installation of tachometers, oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, trim position, and digital multifunction displays. We calibrate senders and verify accuracy against factory specifications.
