1. Booking & Pre-Service Questionnaire When you book, we ask about your engine type, operating hours, last service date, and any symptoms. This lets us prepare the correct parts and fluids before you arrive.
2. Arrival & Initial Inspection Your engine is received and photographed. We record hour meter reading, fluid levels, visible damage, and customer concerns. A work order is generated with your approval.
3. Service Execution The technician performs every item on the service checklist using calibrated tools and genuine parts. Any deviations from standard are noted and photographed.
4. Testing & Verification The engine is run on our test tank or dynamometer. We verify oil pressure, cooling temperature, RPM range, fuel consumption, and fault codes. Generators receive a load-bank test.
